1. What kind of packing belt should be used
It does not mean that steel strap must be used for packing steel pipes and steels. Wider and thicker plastic PET strap can also be used. If necessary, even non-slip and wear-resistant composite fiber strap can be used. If the corresponding steel needs to avoid scratches or have a very smooth surface, then you can tend to use composite strapping. Compared with plastic PET strap and composite strap, steel belts have lower tensile properties, but are harder and stronger in tensile strength. It can also ensure that the steel will not fall during transportation and can be used for hoisting.

2. What kind of tensioner should be
For steel belts and PET plastic belts, there are generally two types of strapping tensioners: one is a pneumatic integrated steel belt tensioner, and the other is a pneumatic split steel strapping tensioner. The pneumatic integrated steel strapping tensioner is heavier, but the body is wear-resistant and the shell is firm, which is more suitable for sharper products such as steel. The pneumatic split steel strapping tensioner is separated for tightening and cutting, and it is relatively light and easy to carry. For fiber composite strapping, you can choose between manual tensioner and pneumatic tensioner. The manual tensioner is easy to operate and can be used on different occasions at any time. The pneumatic tensioner is heavier, but It has more tension, and it mainly works by friction and heat melting.

Bagging is also commonly seen in container transportation. The main ones are grain, cocoa, fertilizer, cement, corn flour, powdered chemicals, etc. Their packaging forms will be different, including sack, cloth bag, plastic bag, paper bag and so on.

(1) For paper bags for cement, sack for grain, and cloth bags for powder, a layer of things should be laid on the container floor before packing to prevent the product from falling out after the bag breaks and messing up the container.
(2) The bagged goods will generally protrude in the middle. After it is installed, it will not be as stable as a paper bag, so it needs to be placed layer by layer. Wall stacking and staggered stacking can be used.
(3) After the bagged goods are placed in the container, they are easy to move during transportation. Therefore, we use adhesives between the bagged goods to stick it firmly or put a liner board and non-slip rough paper to prevent slippage.
(4) If the bagged goods are loaded very high, the goods will easily slide down near the door, so some reinforcement products such as packing straps need to be used at the end of the door to prevent collapse. It is also a consideration for the safety of loading personnel when unpacking.
